Alert configuration

Which types of changes reach you (Analog, Digital, Internal), through which channel (Email, Telegram), and to which email address, is configured by an administrator of your account from the Administration panel. If you need alerts turned on or changed, ask whoever administers your SmartProbe account.

Linking your Telegram

Connecting Telegram is done by chatting directly with the SmartProbe bot, not from the web app:

1. Find the SmartProbe bot on Telegram and send it /start.
2. Send /conectar.
3. Type in the email address of your SmartProbe user.
4. You’ll receive an email with a validation token — type it to the bot to confirm the link.
5. Once connected, send /alertas to see which alerts are available to you.

Other useful bot commands:

• /silenciar — temporarily stops all alerts.
• /analogChanges, /digitalChanges, /internalChanges — turn each alert type on or off individually.

The Telegram bot always replies in Spanish, regardless of the language you’ve selected on the web platform.
